Invited speakers were experts and researchers in the field of youth (un)employment, employment initiatives, evidence-based design of active labour market measures and impact evaluation, and the aim was to identify critical methodological challenges in this field.

Watch the third panel discussion of the Lost Millennials event series. The transition from school – or other forms of training – to the field of work is not always a smooth and easy task, as proven by the high level of NEETs after the mandatory education is finished.
The aim of the Lost Millennials event is to focus on these challenges, initially from a holistic perspective, and then specifically, in the case of some particular segments of the 25-29-year-old population – such as the rural, or the ethnic Roma population –, where the proportion of the NEETs is higher than at societal level.
